These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fortune N Tiger website and services. By creating an account, purchasing any package, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Nature

Fortune N Tiger provides divination, advisory and entertainment content (including K-Saju, tarot, zodiac, coffee readings and related reports). The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. All readings are for guidance and entertainment purposes only.

2. No Guarantees

We make no guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, or advice will be accurate, effective, or produce specific results. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To use certain features you must create an account, provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Prices, currencies, billing cycles, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. All prices may include applicable taxes or fees as required by law.

Because our services are digital content delivered immediately or within a short time, completed readings, unlocked reports, and used question credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may decline or reverse a transaction if payment is not successfully processed or if fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or defame others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All site design, artwork, text, logos, and custom logic are owned by Fortune N Tiger or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service within a reasonable period.

8. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by local consumer laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Venue and jurisdiction for any dispute may be limited or adjusted according to applicable mandatory rules in your country.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Paid Questions & Q&A Service

Some plans include or allow purchase of a paid question package for the Q&A feature. The following rules apply:

• Question packages are valid for 30 days from the time of purchase, unless a different period is clearly shown at checkout.
• When you click “send” and a question is submitted, one question credit is immediately deducted, regardless of the content of the answer.
• Remaining question credits do not roll over after the validity period. Unused credits expire automatically and are not converted to cash or other benefits.
• Because questions are a digital, on-demand service, used or expired question credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• For your privacy, the service does not promise permanent storage of Q&A content. You are responsible for keeping any copies of answers you wish to retain.
• We may keep limited technical and billing logs (such as timestamps and credit usage) to operate the service, prevent abuse, and handle disputes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Abusive behaviour (for example, spam questions, illegal content, or harassment) may result in suspension of the Q&A feature or your account without refund.
